What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?
Cats and Dogs welcome, breed restrictions apply. Exotic pets are not permitted.
How many pets may I have?
Two pets are allowed.
Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
Yes, a one-time non-refundable pet fee is due at move in. Pet Fee is based on weight - $200 for up to 25lbs, $300 for 26-55lbs, $500 for 56-70lbs. Cats - $200.00. There is also a $10 monthly pet rent, per pet.
Is my security deposit totally refundable?
Yes. Upon vacating the premises for termination of the lease, if the landlord does not intend to impose claim on the security deposit the full deposit will be refunded.
If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
Yes, 60 days written notice is required.
What utilities are included in my lease?
Gas and Air Conditioning.
How long is the term of the lease?
12 months.
Do you accept leases for short terms?
Yes, 7-11 months.
If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
Email, fax, phone, resident portal or visit the office.
When is my rent payment due?
The 1st of every month.
What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
On the 4th or later.
Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
Yes.
Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
Yes, you can pay rent online through the Resident Portal.
There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
No one else may occupy the apartment. Persons not listed on the lease must not stay in the apartment for more the 14 consecutive days with managements written consent.
Do you have reserved parking?
No.
I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
In any available parking space.
My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
Yes
Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
Yes. The satellite dish must be located inside your dwelling; or in an area outside your dwelling such as balcony, patio yard, etc. of which you have exclusive use under your lease. Installation is not permitted on any parking area, roof, exterior wall, window, window sill, fence or common area, or in an area that other residents are allowed to use.
Do you have cable services?
No, however, all apartments are cable ready.
Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
Yes. It is our pleasure to accept your packages from the postal service, UPS or overnight express services.
Do you have a Corporate Advantage Program?
Yes. Teachers, Town of Davie and Broward County Employees, Law Enforcement and Fire Department.
